Promo
To reach as many people as possible, we promote your exhibition on our website and our Instagram and Facebook page. We will also send out a press release. Furthermore we create an event on Google and Facebook.
The better the material you provide us with, the better we can promote you and your show.
What we need from you:
- A short text about you and your idea in German and English
- Different image material
- A digital flyer
- Material that we can make available online, e.g. an online catalogue
Postcards
We encourage artists to produce postcards to leave them in KAFFEEMITTE during the time of the exhibition.
Cards will be ordered (and payed) by KAFFEEMITTE, but the layout needs to be done by the artist. Please deliver a print-ready PDF. Specifications can be found on the web site of the printing house. KAFFEEMITTE will check for the best deal and we decide together which printing house has the best price.
Quantity: 250 - 500 (Price should be around 40€)

Info board
In the middle of KAFFEEMITTE we place an A3 info board with a short text about you and your exhibition.
Two QR codes will also fit on the board so that visitors can contact you directly.
